Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zomodus, a product operated by Zomodus Pte Ltd (“Zomodus”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Zomodus, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Zomodus on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1. The service
Zomodus lets you build questionnaires, collect responses by link or QR code, and turn them into reports. Features may change over time as we improve the service.

2. Your account
You sign in with an email magic link, so keep your email secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate details and be old enough to enter a binding contract.
Access uses email magic-link sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use Zomodus to break the law, spam people, collect sensitive data without consent, or disrupt the service. You’re responsible for your surveys and for collecting responses lawfully.
You agree not to use Zomodus to: break the law or infringe anyone's rights; send spam or collect responses from people without a proper basis; solicit sensitive personal data without consent and a lawful basis; upload malicious code; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; or resell the service without our written agreement.
You are responsible for the content of your surveys and for how you collect and use responses, including obtaining any consents and providing any notices required by law.
4. Fair use of the service
Zomodus is for genuine business use. Don’t automate or hammer the review scan, harvest or resell its data, or place an unreasonable load on the service. We may set usage limits and may throttle, suspend or end access that abuses them.
Zomodus — and in particular the free review scan — is provided for genuine business use, such as checking your own business or one you are evaluating, and on a fair-use basis. It is not a bulk-data, scraping or resale service.
You agree not to: access or query the review scan (or any other feature) by automated means, scripts, bots or scrapers; run high-volume, repeated or systematic searches beyond ordinary interactive use; circumvent, disable or interfere with any rate limits, quotas or other technical controls; harvest, aggregate, store or resell review data, business listings or scan results, whether for your own data product or on behalf of a third party; or otherwise use the service in a way that places a disproportionate or excessive load or cost on Zomodus or on the third-party providers we rely on.
To keep the service fast, reliable and affordable for everyone, we may set and adjust reasonable usage limits and apply them at our discretion. Where use exceeds fair use or imposes an undue burden or cost, we may throttle, suspend or terminate access — with or without notice — and may require a paid or custom plan for genuine higher-volume needs. Repeated or serious abuse may result in permanent termination of your access.
5. Plans, subscriptions and payment
Zomodus is sold as a subscription priced by how many outlets you cover, not by responses. You can pay monthly or annually, change plans as you grow, and start Measure with a free trial. Except where the law or our Refund Policy allows, payments are non-refundable.
Zomodus is sold as a subscription. Plans are priced by the number of outlets you cover — not by the number of responses — and every plan includes the full product with unlimited responses. The tiers (Measure, Improve, Improve+, Grow) and their outlet limits, along with a Custom tier for larger estates, are shown on the pricing page. All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.
You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing is charged once for the year and is offered on a “pay for ten months, receive twelve months of access” basis; the equivalent monthly figure shown for annual plans reflects that. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
The Measure plan includes a free trial (currently four weeks) so you can use the full product before you pay; no card is required to start it, and if you do not continue, you will not be charged. You may move between plans at any time — upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply from your next billing period; on annual billing, plan changes take effect at renewal. Where a plan change results in a higher charge, we may apply a pro-rated adjustment.
Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change on a prospective basis; any change to a recurring price will apply from your next renewal. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, and by subscribing you authorise us (through that provider) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, including automatic renewals, until you cancel. Except where required by law or expressly provided in our Refund Policy, payments are non-refundable.
6. Your content and data
You own the surveys you create and the responses you collect; you just give us permission to host and process them to run the service. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of the surveys you create and the responses you collect (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Content solely to provide the service to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Our intellectual property
The Zomodus software, design and brand belong to us and our licensors. You get the right to use the service as permitted here — nothing more.
Zomodus, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Zomodus Pte Ltd and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service as permitted here.
8. Service availability
We work hard to keep Zomodus up, but we can’t promise it’s never interrupted. We may run maintenance or suspend access to protect the service or comply with the law.
We aim to keep Zomodus available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and we may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.
9. AI-assisted features and translations
AI translation and analysis are provided “as is” and can contain mistakes. If you publish a survey in more than one language, review the wording (ideally with a native speaker) — you remain responsible for what respondents see.
Some features of Zomodus use automated and AI-based processing — including translating your surveys into other languages and analysing open-ended responses. These features are provided “as is.” Automated translations and AI-generated analysis are produced by machine models and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies, and we do not warrant that any translation is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
Where you offer a survey in more than one language, you are responsible for reviewing the translated wording before you rely on it — ideally with a native speaker for any official or high-stakes survey — and you can edit and correct the translations at any time. You remain responsible for the meaning conveyed to your respondents in every language you publish. Respondents are shown a notice that a translation was produced by AI and may contain mistakes.

Zomodus is provided “as is,” and its reports are decision-support, not professional advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you make.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
We’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zomodus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Zomodus in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
You can stop using Zomodus anytime; we may suspend access if you break these Terms or the law requires it. Some clauses — like intellectual property and liability — survive termination.
You may stop using Zomodus at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the service or comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of Zomodus after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law, and Singapore’s courts handle any dispute. Any mandatory rights you have under your local law still apply.
